Security Lighting
Most modern security lighting today is used to accent areas with poor lighting conditions, this is not the intended usage or purpose of these fixtures. Most city ordinance’s require the sidewalks & parking lots to have 1 foot candle per square foot (c-ft2) on average. Most police departments & security companies on the other hand will tell you, you want to have 15 c-ft2, Insurance will tell you 20 c-ft2. That’s a vast difference between 1 & 20 c-ft2, at 1 c-ft2 you will be able to clearly make out a human silhouette, 15 feet away from you. At 20 c-ft2, you will see exactly who it is, the manner in which they are approaching &/or behaving, what they are wearing and any distinctive markings or visible tattoos. All non IR/NV security cameras operate best with 10-15 c-ft2, for making out discernible difference on footage, this means being able to describe vehicles, tag numbers, color, make, model & year of trespassing cars and trucks. The often overlooked cornerstone of the ideal security systems is proper lighting in ALL areas, with the advent of LED control systems and sensors, we can create a practically impenetrable curtain of light without the traditional cost to the utility company.

Our Christmas décor experts will transform your shopping center, strip mall, city block, hotel, or other commercial facility into a warm, festive and welcoming holiday atmosphere.
- Design
- – We will be happy to discuss your ideas and can provide additional ideas as well. We will give you an EXACT price of what it will cost to decorate your commercial property.
- Installation
- – We use commercial grade materials that will ensure a SAFE and reliable display. we can handle any size commercial job. Our Christmas light installers are qualified and respectful.
- Maintenance
- – We provide you with continued maintenance throughout the season. If you should ever discover an issue or the lights are not working properly, give us a call. We’ll happily come out to replace lights or make adjustments. Maintenance service is included with each program at no additional charge.
- Take down
- – Just because the holiday season comes to an end, doesn’t mean our service does! We will come and take down the lights at the start of the New Year.
- Storage
- – Once we have taken down your Christmas lights, we’ll pack them away properly for you and store them either on site at your location, or in a location of your specification. We also can store lights in our dry storage facility (Additional annual fee.). This will leave your business clutter free all year round.
